Getting to help some of the most innovative tech start-ups get their DevOps function up and running is great, as is seeing them grow into successful companies filled with 1^st class engineers.

When I’m not recruiting AWS DevOps Engineers, you’ll find me playing rugby, walking my 2 welsh springer spaniels, touring with my Indie band or writing music for people.
