Last year I took a change in direction in my career to join GEO20 after working for 20 years in the Motor Industry, through a lot of that time I owned and ran my own business. In more recent years I worked for Volkswagen Commercials then Mercedes-Benz Corporate.

The skills I learnt in my previous roles I have been a massive benefit here and are totally transferable into the recruitment world. My experience has been customer focused and achieving my goals relied heavily on good communication along with engaging and building relationships with SME’s or large corporations.

Since joining GEO20 I’ve never looked back, it’s a great team here who love working hard to make the business a success, but they also make time for the fun stuff as well. I really enjoy working in the Ruby sector in the US and I’m excited about helping to build our presence there.

Outside of work my life is all about my family, but if there is spare time I’ve got a broad taste in music and I love going to live gigs and events.
