The company I am representing provide the most secure collaboration platform and are disrupting the way millions of people stay connected in the workplace which in today’s world has become the norm.

The founders have had massive success in this arena before after bringing Skype to the world way back in 2003! (I know, Skype is nearly 20 years old!) The product features messenger, voice, video, conference calls, file sharing and external collaboration and they are recognised as one of the most secure communication platforms available on the market today by IDC, Forrester, and Gartner. But that is not good enough for them, they are passionate about building the leading secure platform in the world.

The iOS team is made up of 5 and you will be joining the latest project using Swift with no legacy code, 80% of the code base is tested, MVVM and you will be contributing on the next gen app that is focusing on MLS (Message Layer Security) thus fore setting new standards for secure collaboration and protecting digital assets.

A flat engineering hierarchy is in place, open-source policy and you will be empowered to take responsibility and own your work. Realistic career progression is available to you as they are scaling well.

Salary is €75-€85k, flexible working, remote working, personal training budget, team learning budgets, conference budgets.

Interview goes like – produce some code that you are proud of or take their coding challenge, tech interview, meet with Director of Mobile. (1-2 week process)
